Metal stamping
16 power presses from 16 to 160 tonnes, including 110T Chin Fong and 150T Komatsu lines, for brackets, plates, stays and collars in mild, high-tensile and stainless steels.
CNC machining
Four CNC vertical machining centers (Mazak and Charles MVC-1160G) plus precision lathes (Voest Alpine DA180) for couplers, stressing chairs, anchor blocks and precision inserts.
Grinding & milling
Chevalier automatic and precision surface grinders, OTT Holke and Well-setting milling machines for tight-tolerance finishing.
Welding
Panasonic welding stations plus resistance spot welding up to 63KVA for sub-assembly work.
Quality inspection
Digitalized outgoing inspection reports, granite surface plates, calibrated gauge and measurement equipment, dimensional, salt-spray and strength testing per OEM requirement.
Packing & delivery
OEM-standard packing, barcode labelling, own transport with scheduled delivery slots into customer receiving systems.
