Post-tensioning and prestressed concrete specialists in Malaysia use Master Aim machined hardware to anchor and stress tendons on bridges, buildings and civil infrastructure. Our duct couplers, stressing chairs, anchor blocks, guide caps, locking plates and wedge plates are machined in Subang Jaya and delivered against project schedules.
Construction hardware demand is lumpy, a bridge project may need one large batch of custom couplers, while anchorage system builders order standard items monthly. We run both modes: CNC capacity for project surges, and recurring supply against blanket orders with delivery-order scheduling.
Because the parts are safety-critical, material traceability is standard practice, mill certificates accompany deliveries and our inspection records are digitalized.
