Precision Metal Stamping in Malaysia
Master Aim Industries operates a 16-press stamping floor in Subang Jaya, Selangor, covering 16 to 160 tonnes. We have stamped production and spare parts for the Malaysian motorcycle OEM supply chain since 1998, including brackets, stays, plates, collars and wire holders fitted to Yamaha motorcycles such as the Y15ZR, Y16ZR and EGO series.
Stamped parts ship with OEM-spec packing and barcode labelling, IMDS material declarations where required, and mill certificate traceability back to certified steel sources. Outgoing inspection is digitalized, with dimensional and strength test records per lot.
Beyond automotive, we stamp precision inserts for rubber-metal vibration mounts and custom sub-components to customer drawings, in batch or recurring supply.
