What does Master Aim Industries manufacture?

Precision metal stamped and CNC-machined parts: motorcycle OEM brackets, stays, plates and collars; post-tensioning hardware such as duct couplers, stressing chairs, anchor blocks and wedge plates; and metal inserts for rubber-metal vibration mounts.

Where is the factory located?

No. 8, Jalan SS 13/3A, Subang Jaya Industrial Estate, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, about 25km from Kuala Lumpur and close to Port Klang.

What press tonnage range do you cover?

16 power presses from 16 to 160 tonnes, including 110T Chin Fong and 150T Komatsu presses.

What CNC capability do you have?

Four CNC vertical machining centers (Mazak and Charles MVC-1160G), CNC turning on Voest Alpine DA180 lathes, plus precision surface grinding and conventional milling.

What materials do you work with?

Mild steel, high-tensile steel and stainless steel, sourced from established Malaysian steel stockists with mill certificates retained for traceability.

What are typical order quantities?

Small-to-mid volume: from one-off project hardware batches to recurring OEM production in the tens of thousands of pieces per month. Minimums depend on tooling and setup, send target quantities with your RFQ.

How do I get a quotation?

Email part drawings (PDF or CAD) or physical samples with target quantities to sales@masteraim.my. We respond with pricing and lead time. Tooling is quoted separately for new stamped parts.

Do you supply material certificates?

Yes. Mill certificates from certified steel sources are retained per lot and supplied with deliveries on request, standard practice for our post-tensioning and industrial customers.

Are you an approved automotive supplier?

We have supplied the Malaysian motorcycle OEM supply chain since 1998, hold AA vendor ratings on monthly OEM scorecards, pass on-site customer QMS audits, and are IMDS-registered for material data reporting. We are a MIDA-approved manufacturer and FMM member.

Do you deliver?

Yes, own lorry transport with scheduled delivery slots into customer receiving systems, primarily in the Klang Valley, Selangor and Peninsular Malaysia.
