CNC Machining in Malaysia
Our CNC section runs four vertical machining centers, Mazak and Charles MVC-1160G, supported by CNC turning, precision grinding and conventional milling. From this cell we machine the post-tensioning and prestressed concrete hardware used by specialist contractors on major Malaysian infrastructure projects.
Every machined lot can ship with mill certificates for full material traceability, a standing requirement from our post-tensioning and industrial customers. Batch sizes range from one-off project hardware to recurring monthly supply against blanket orders.
We machine to customer drawings, and can advise on material selection and machining allowances from steel grades we buy regularly through established Malaysian steel stockists.
